As a Business Development Manager selling reward ad solutions to advertising agencies and mobile marketing platform companies with a focus on user acquisitions and revenue streams, the key responsibilities of this role would include:


-Idenitfying potential clients in the advertising agencies and mobile marketing platform companies, understanding their needs, pain points, and current technology requirements.
-Developing and executing a robust sales strategy to expand the client base, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets in Thai market.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with marketing teams and key stakeholders in advertising agencies and mobile marketing platform companies, understanding their specific needs, and presenting tailored reward ad solutions.
-Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the Reward Ad solutions offered and effectively communicating their benefits to potential clients.
-Leading negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and achieving favourable terms for both parties.
-Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and provide valuable insights based on client feedback.
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, reporting on progress towards targets, and providing regular updates to the senior management team.
-Acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation, upholding its strong reputation in the industry, and promoting its innovative solutions and values.


Overall, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the organisation, leveraging their expertise in both the advertising agencies and mobile marketing platform companies to establish the company as a leading provider of reward advertising solutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Requirement The successful candidate should possess the following key attributes: -A proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong background in selling SAAS solutions, ideally in the advertising advertising, mobile marketing platform or related industries. -An in-depth knowledge of the online advertising, mobile marketing platform, particularly with a focus on reward advertising. Familiarity with the trends, regulations, and policies shaping these sectors will be highly advantageous. -Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling them to establish and maintain meaningful connections with research managers and key stakeholders at advertising agencies and mobile marketing platform companies. -A strategic mindset with the capacity to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet revenue targets. -Proficient in English, both verbal and written is a must. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate the value of the company's offerings and brand image to clients and internal teams. -Proficient negotiation skills to navigate complex contract discussions, ensure win-win outcomes, and secure long-term partnerships with clients. -A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, backed by a history of successful sales performance. -Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and if necessary, leading a team to achieve shared objectives. Overall, the ideal candidate will be a dynamic, proactive, and knowledgeable sales professional who can leverage their expertise and industry insights to drive business growth and establish the organisation as a market leader in Reward Ad solutions for advertising agencies and mobile marketing platform companies.
