Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing daily aspects of all guest service, including customer service, guest reservation, reception, staffs cheduling, amenities, and overall guest experience.
- Perform concierge duties suchas answering customer inquiries, answering any billing questions, responding toall guest concerns, comments or complaints with discretion, professionalism and sense of urgency,and inquiring on guest levelof satisfaction.
- Ensure maximum operationalefficiencies. Resolveanyoperational issues inan effective timelyand manner
-Follow allcompany policies and procedures, ensuring thehighest standardsof services and facilities
-Trainand manage guest service team memberson businessobjectives, brand standards.
- Maintaincurrent knowledgeofall wellness & spaservices, pricings, offerings, schedules,and other services provided at the wellness.
- Reportand resolve guestchallenges with effective solutions, while being mindful of delivering the highest service standards
- Supervisespareservations to ensure maximum yield and staff/room productivity.
- Adviseteam members of lasts minutechanges oradditions toscheduleand resolvescheduling situationsas needed.
- Encourage positive staff behaviorand set anexample forall team members byusing properetiquetteand professionalism at all times.
- Provideconstructivefeedback toteam members to promote a positive workenvironment, conduct disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with thestaff team.
- Inspect workareasand tools/equipment toensureconformanceto standards. Reportand follow up on maintenance/repair/cleaning needsuntil completion
- Ensurethat publicand privateareasare inimpeccable physicalconditionand well maintained
- Prepareeffective and timelyoperationaland management reporting, including staff roster
- Attend all staff meetings, productand treatment training classes

Requirement - Bachelor Degreeinany related field - Spatherapy knowledge - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience - Computer skills (MS Office), Spa operating systems (Booker), and other operational systems - Communicatein Englishand Thai, both spokenand written - Leadership, teamwork,and communicationskillsare essential - Ability torespond to guestand employeeconcerns withurgencyand professionalism - Ability toeffectively and consistently develop and coachfront linestaff - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities - Pleasant and positive attitude witha professionaland friendly image to guestsand colleagues. - Japanese skills (JLPT N3-N4) is a plus. 2.
