Job Description
- Ensure smooth operations of the Business Center.
- Establish, maintain, and develop channels and strategies to promote the center and generate revenue.
- Develop and maintain good relations with customers. Handle daily customer requests in kind and polite manner.
- Manage bookings, sales, and renewals of all contracts.
- Analyses and resolve customer complaints with prompt, accurate, and courteous replies.
- Clarify to both existing and new customers on current and latest product and service features.
- Conduct invitational calls and tours of the centers for potential customers.
- Accommodate customers with their administrative needs as requested.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement - Thai Nationality, - Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in any field - Minimum of 1 years sales and customer relations experience, preferably from hotel / serviced apartment / serviced office industry - Pleasant personality with strong service mind - Good command of spoken and written English - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Great negotiation and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership quality. Can work well in both independent and team settings with minimal supervision - Able to operate basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Internet 2.
