ลักษณะงาน Job Description
• Develop and execute an effective eCommerce and Social commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Plan and oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-focused content for social media platforms
• Oversee the functionality, seller center management and performance of the marketplace, social commerce platform.
• Collaborate with Digital communication team to implement and improve user experience (UI/UX).
• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to increase shop traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, trading, and supplier partnerships for promotional activities
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visual and written content optimized for each platform.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and minimize overstock or stockouts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and return / refund management
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics. Generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketplace platform, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure quality services and products are delivered to customer successfully.
• Ensure the eCommerce platform complies with data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect customer information.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. • Any gender, age between 28-35 years • Proven experiences (5 years +++) in eCommerce, online sales, or a related role. • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and understanding of marketplace platforms management from end to end. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Proven experience of managing e-commerce platform (marketplace) will be a plus. • Strong leadership, excellent communication, supervisory or managerial skills. • Energetic, initiative, detail-minded, creative, able to think out of the box to propose new digital ideas • Good command of both written and spoken in English Proficient PC and Internet skills, knowledge of social media, online marketing
