Job Description
Report to: Business Owner
1. Plan overall branding strategy and execute through digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and cohesive content for online platforms.
3. Analyze all customer and ad data and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. On the ball, ready to innovate and improve all the time. Up for challenge and willing to try new initiatives and open to feedback internally and externally.
5. Optimize ad content, website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
6. Manage and maintain the company's online presence, ensuring brand consistency.
Identify opportunities for new digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and meet monthly sales targets.

1. Requirement - Any gender, Age 25-35 years old - 2 year experience in Digital Marketing - be very familiar with all social media and trends. Beauty product or aesthetic clinic/ hospital experience is a bonus and will be given special consideration. - required to have an excellent grasp of brand marketing especially through social and digital media trends. Aware of ever changing social trends and is a trendsetter that thinks out of the box, and bring out brand up to be #1 in our industry. - must be a strongly independent leader who can also work as a team player. Planning and executing plans together with the team is essential. - be passionate, consistent, and are able to motivate the team towards meeting the organisation's goals and objectives. - required to derive and implement effective marketing strategy together with the team and supervise the team regularly to ensure objectives will be met in the delegated time frame. - have a foresight for future branding and also a keen sense for details. - English beginner level *Salary and bonus are guaranteed satisfactory if you're up for all of the above. 2.
