Job Description
Coordinating Externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labor Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.
Able to do Quarterly and Yearly Report to Related Government Office such as Department of Skill Development, Social Security etc.
Organizing Training Sessions for New Hires and Refresher Training for Existing Team Members, Arrange Training and Record Training in Computer System
Responsible for Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation Process. Prepare and Maintain Employee Records, Including Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, and Compensation
To Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of all Employees
Prepares and improves HR Systems for Continuous Organizational Growth
To do Report as Requirement from Parent Company
Enhances the Organization’s Human Resources by Planning, Implementing, and Evaluating Employee Relations and Human Resources Policies, Programs, and Practices
Oversees Employee Disciplinary Meetings, Terminations, and Investigations.
Support Current and Future Business needs through the Development, Engagement, Motivation and Preservation of Human Capital
Develop and Monitor Overall HR Strategies, Systems, Tactics and Procedures Across the Organization
Ensure Legal Compliance throughout Human Resource Management
Filing Documents
Processing Various Administrative Tasks and Accurately Completing and Processing Paperwork
Performs Other Duties as Assigned

1. Requirement Female or Male age between 30-35 years old Bachelor's Degree Major Human Resource, Legal or other related Working Experience in Human Resource field at least 5 years In-depth knowledge of Labour Protection Law and Labour Relation Law Able to make good relationship with government office and neighbor office Accountabilities and Responsibilities, Teamwork, Leadership skill, Service mind, Proactive, Fast learning, Fast move, Enthusiasm, Good human relationship and pleasant personality Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks Computer literacy with MS-Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and Tiger Soft Program Must have good communication and correspondence both Thai and English, Japanese is preferable TOEIC score 500 up Must have experience in Multi-National Company Career Path to HR Manager 2.
