Job Description
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including network connectivity issues, software errors, and hardware failures.
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to computer systems and networks.
• Maintain documentation of software and hardware inventory, licenses, and maintenance agreements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
• Ensure data security and backup protocols are implemented and followed.
• Provide training to end-users on software and hardware usage.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems. (MUST HAVE) • Experience with computer networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues. • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with end-users with varying technical expertise. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Knowledge of data security and backup protocols. • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Cloud is a plus. 2. **ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องมีประสบการณ์ใช้ Linux มาเท่านั้น บริษัทตั้งที่ช่วง BTS หลักสี่, ทำงานที่ Office 100% สัมภาษณ์ 2-3 รอบ โดยรอบแรกจะเป็น ออนไลน์ รอบ 2 ต้องเข้าไปที่บริษัท 3.
