Job Description
-Developing/Managing the Project Plans & Project Timeline from Start to End.
-Managing the Production budget & cost (in house / outsource / agency fee).
-Managing the Project stakeholders: Internal Team & Resources including Supplier.
-Cultivate effective communication across department boundaries to ensure understanding of all project members to deliver high-quality work on-time.
-Coordinating with relevant team members to fulfill project deliverables and meet deadlines (Internal Team & Resources including Supplier)
-Oversee a variety of Digital Campaign or Projects from concept to completion, while keeping both quality and stays within budget.
-Ensure projects are completed on Schedule, under tight deadline pressure.
-PrePlaning/Forecasting for the Project Risks.
-Project Leader for Campaigning & Account.

1. Requirement -Aged 27-35 years -At least 3-5 years experiences in Project Management with Digital Campaigning or Advertising Agency -Ability to work with multi-task Project and Process information efficiently. -Basic Understanding in Agency & Production Process, VDO/Graphic & Communication Material Process. -Strong management skills and capable of summarizing and collaborating. -Problem solver and solution finder who are self-confident, open-minded, systematic, and detail-oriented people. -Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 2.
