ลักษณะงาน
Job Description
1. Quote and negotiate with insurers on terms, conditions and premium for existing clients.
2. Block market and send the information to the insurer prior 3 months of the renewal period.
3. Prepare the renewal notice and send to the client within 2 months before the expiry date.
4. Bargain and negotiate with insurers for the best commission.
5. Compare and verify benefits and premium correctly then send renewal proposal to the client.
6. Close renewal cases and send medical cards to the client before renewal period at least 7-15 working days.
7. Explain the coverage to HR Department and conduct a presentation to employees.
8. Prepare the renewal report for the monthly meeting.
9. Visit client at least 2 Clients per month and make a report on client’s visit to a manager
10. Assist Accounting Department to follow-up on the outstanding premium.
11. Handle for incoming enquiry (Both e-mail & Telephone) within 24 Hours.
12. Solve immediately on the clients’ problem.
13. Handle for Travel Insurance to enhance commission.
14. Prepare and collect the forecast figure report from the subordinate and check before sending to the manager.
15. Arrange and check the accrual report yearly to send to the accounting team.
16. Supervise admin staff when they have a problem on the admin issue. Handle and support for worksite project and other projects.
17. Report the progress and development status of existing clients by weekly and monthly.
18. Report the problem to the assistant manager/manager for finding the best solution.
19. Support some existing customers together with renewal team especially for big case to maintain with us.
20. Other assignments that will be assigned by the assistant manager/manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement • Age less than 42 years old preferable. • Graduated in bachelor degree in any fields • At least 4 years experienced on renew business of insurance business • Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance. • Able to work under the pressure. • Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point. • Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill. • Very be more careful and can work in detail job. • Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy • Good in English communication skill. 2.
