Job Description
- Developing procurement procedure that are inventive and cost-effective
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
- Supervising a store officer and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
- Manage stock of spare part, packaging and chemical
- Must have working experience in manufacturing company in procurement role
- Prefer to have working experience in Petrochemical, Chemical, and/or allied manufacturing product background.

Requirement - Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or related fields - Good communication in English *** - Proven experience managing procurement operations. - Experience using procurement management software and tools, such as EPR, etc. - In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 2.
