Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development and Implementation:
• Work closely with the owner and other key stakeholders to develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and functions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize productivity and streamline workflows.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Business Development and Partnerships:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue streams with our current partners (Offline Market); gadgets retails in Thailand market.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and technology partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maximize value for the company.
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the company's budget, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis to senior leadership and the board of directors.
• Implement cost-control measures and identify areas for investment to drive long-term profitability.
Leadership and Team Development:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them succeed.
• Promote professional development and career growth opportunities to build a motivated and engaged workforce.

Requirement - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - Age 40 above - Any gender - Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO, VP, or Director, with a track record of driving business growth and operational success. - Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams. - Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and making data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team and foster a positive work culture. - Knowledge of the mobile technology industry and market trends is a plus. 2.
