Job Description
- Communication with customer by e-mail and telephone.
- Received purchase order from customer and entry in system.
- Confirm schedule delivery to customer.
- Prepare document “Daily Delivery.
- Issue “Invoice & Packing” to customer and complete in system .
- Issue “Customer Notice requirement” , Control " Delivery on time”
- Booking Vessel.
- Prepare trucking delivery schedule.
- Preparing / Review the Shipping Particular, BL, Certificate of origin (Form D, Form C/O, C/A, Form AI) and Shipping expense etc.
- Co-ordinate between shipping agent, freight forwarder to arrange transport to pick up our goods on schedule.
- Communications with sales people overseas.

1. Requirement - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Experiences in customer service 2 years up. - Proficient in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing, TOEIC 750 - Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office. - Good attitude, strong management, and problem-solving skills. - High degree of accuracy. 2.
