4. Strengthen production management, ensure the standardization of responsibilities and authority of the department and each workshop, participate in the quality management system, and the quality of the department. Target implementation and supervision;
5, responsible for order review, plan production material needs to report to the purchasing department, timely apply for equipment outsourcing maintenance to the general manager for approval, review and report to the plastic parts outsourcing processing;
6, guide the development of equipment maintenance plan and maintenance process, as well as the management of each workshop production equipment and production site problems
