1. according to the enterprise marketing objectives and market demand, formulate the company's sales plan and organize the implementation;
2. Presided over the daily work of the sales department and rationally allocated human and material resources;
3. Responsible for dealing with major problems that sales personnel are not authorized to deal with or cannot solve;
4, handle the relationship with other departments of the company, and effectively cooperate with other departments;
5, do a good job of the department staff work guidance and assessment;
6. Seek new profit growth points for the department;
7. Organize the employees of the department to explore the market and carry out promotion and brand publicity activities;
8. Organize the department staff to develop and manage the secondary dealers;
9. Organize staff training of the department.
