Job Description
• Work with factories’ QC team for continuous improvement
• Improve quality management practices inside the company and with manufacturing partners
• Standardize supplier quality management procedures, including traceability management
• Execute day to day quality inspection and process control
• Follow up and report production progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist factory to solve various problems in the production process, establish and maintain quality control system according to Weston’s quality standards
• Understand customer’s quality standards and requirements, and fulfill them in production process accordingly
• Develop methods to improve manufacturing processes and to ensure quality products
• Design, improve, and review new codes and procedures for products or processes
• Set requirements for raw material suppliers and monitor the compliance
• Ensure factory complies with local regulatory obligations and the health and safety guidelines
• Supervise product development process to identify and report deviations from requirements
• Inspect products according to technical specification and requirement to approve or reject the final products
• Participate technical support, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors

1. Requirement • Candidates must be dedicated, detail oriented, a quick leaner, strong in communication, and familiar with process control and product inspection • Familiar with quality control system, have practical experience in tracking production progress, can read drawings of complicated workpieces • Bachelor of Engineering, Science or Business • Some experiences in manufacturing, preferably in wood process industry • Extensive knowledge of mathematics and statistical analysis • **MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN AND ENGLISH** • Able to work and attend meetings with colleagues or customers in North America considering the time zoon differences • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2.
