Job Description
• Responsible for clear and concise communication and a thorough understanding of client
requirements, management of client expectations and specification of required deliverables.
• Manage a team of content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality, engaging content
across various social platforms for clients across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with their
marketing goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and target audience, translating
this understanding into impactful social media content and campaigns by collaborating with internal
teams.
• Oversee the content production calendar, ensuring timely execution and publication of social media
content.
• Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions with teams to optimize the campaign.
• Report campaign performance with a professional consultation with clients.
• Foster an environment of creativity and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the
adoption of new social media trends and technologies.
• Conduct meetings with team and clients.
• Providing feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement • Natively communicate in Thai (reading/writing/speaking). • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in an account executive position or social media management or digital marketing with a role working with content creator and graphic designer team. • Have knowledge and understanding of various social media metrics such as Impression, Reach, Engagement Rate, CTR, etc., to be able to answer questions, analyze, and provide advice to clients professionally. • Strong understanding of all social media platforms, including content optimization and audience engagement strategies. • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, team management, and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions to improve social media content strategies. • Creative mindset with a passion for collaboration and management. • Extremely paying attention to details. • Capable of making decisions based on situations and solving immediate problems that may arise. • When necessary, can work under pressure or in urgent conditions. 2.
