Job Description
- Assist in design and analysis of feasibility studies on prospective sites.
- Assist in coordination of client and project consultant team members.
- Assist in confirmation and sign off of:
Design Brief
- Budget
- Documentation
- Tenders
- Review and comment on design documents in conjunction with design consultants to ensure proper conformance with client’s design brief.
- Assist in coordination of all relevant Authority Approvals:
- Building Permit Application
- Environmental Impact Assessment
- Occupation Permit inspection
- Who Land Title Deed preparation
- Attend project team meetings.
- Assist in management of project budget.
- Assist in management of project program for design, documentation, tender and construction.
- Coordinate preparation of marketing materials by consultants for Sales & Marketing team.
- Assist in coordination of any buyer changes from Sales team to site construction drawings and specifications.
- Perform site inspections as work progresses to ensure proper conformance with client’s design brief & contract documents.
- Assist in coordination with consultants on general and technical queries raised by the contractors in relation to the architectural, structural and M & E services installation.
- Review material, color, etc. samples on site for compliance with approved design specification.

1. Requirement - At least 7 years of architectural and interior design background in design consultant and/ or developer company in luxury segment. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design or related field. - Experience working in multi-culture environment. - Interest in updating on market & trend, design oriented personal, keep Improving and learning attitude. - Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadline. - High responsibility, take initiative, open-minded, and good teamwork. - Able to be independent when necessary. - Good understanding of every stage of a project from design to construction. - Good command in English. - Proficiency in Auto Cad, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office. 2.
