ลักษณะงาน
1. Responsible for overall performance and efficiency of team (30 - 40 persons)
2. Motivate and strategize how to optimize productivity and efficiency of team to consistently achieve target
3. Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities well
4.Control and set the KPIs of team member for both quality and quantity
5. Provide coaching and act as intermediary within the organization
6. Participate in job interviews to select new members
7. Be a consultant within the agent level team, attend meetings with customers
8. Provide reports and present team performances weekly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelors Degree or Higher in any relevant field (Thai Nationality) 2. 1 years experience in BPO service (customer care - moderation - service analysis) 3. Has experience with team management is an added advantage 4. Good at communication (Eng - B2 Level) 5. Stays updated and is interested on social-media trends 6. Familiar with fashion / makeup trends (well known brands - trending products) are an advantage
