Job Description
- Plan and control the technical training department to achieve the KPI target.
- Coordinate with the production factory to update products' details.
- Be the product consultant and make problem-solving suggestions.
- Conduct training for internal and external departments such as sales, representative sales, and goverment's department.
- Conduct CSR activities to increase the product popularity and marketing.
- Control subordinators to ensure customer satisfaction and the company's compliance.
- Create the learning media and manage the customer database.
- Job follow-up and job development.

1. Requirement - Male or Female, not over 45 years old. - Bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. - Experience in air conditioning for at least 5 years. - Excellence in team management. - Have leadership and be able to solve problems effectively. - Air conditioning knowledge is a plus. - Basic English communication skill. - Able to work in other provinces. - Have a driving license. 2.
