• To screen the applicants to find out shortlists for further selection processes
• To make appointment for interviewing and confirm starting date
• Co-coordinating interviews between the recruiter / line managers and candidates.
• To prepare facilities and necessary utilities for candidate testing e.g. English test, typing test and attitude test
• To file recruitment documentation

1. Male / Female 2. Bachelor degree in HR or related field (New Graduated are welcome) 3. At least 1-2 years working experience in HR or administration role 4. Strong in Computer skills especially Microsoft excel, word, power point 5. Good interpersonal skills and Positive attitude
