Developing and implementing the General Administration (GA) strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to simple processes.
Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Coordinating with internal and external party related to register company documents.
Monitoring the costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Handling the canteen, dormitory and work space management.
Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Being responsible for the Hygiene and Pest Control.
Overseeing the maid and gardener team.
Controlling the security system.
Facilitating or leading the company activities.
Handling company CSR activities.
Performing other project or job assigned.
