ลักษณะงาน
• Lead and implement store policy to support and monitor overall store operation activities of the staff and supervisors to support gross sales of the store effectively
• Analyze and identify opportunities for operational enhancements in all stores to drive growth and sales to achieve sales plans and targets
• Monitor overall inventory controlling, damage prevention, quality assurance, product display, stock count and shelf cleaning, according to store policy to support the operation of the store and gross sales
• Monitor making summary reports of overall operations of staff and supervisors in the store under responsibilities to propose for improvement
• Provide coaching and recommendations to store operation support staff and supervisors to improve skills in work
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
