- Taking care of influencers when they arrive and follow up the photo from them
- Find the right media to coordinate advertising campaigns
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing hotel information support and affiliates through online channels, Tripadvisor, OTAs, Google and other channels.
- Respond to customer chats from online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE
- Coordinate and manage documents Follow up on financial documents with online media, influencers as assigned.
