ลักษณะงาน
• To prepare a document of Import shipment from the beginning process to releasing Delivery Order process
• contacting with origin freight forwarder
• confirming draft HBL with origin freight forwarder and consignee
• notifying Arrival Notice by sending HBL to consignee
• verifying and matching the accuracy of MBL that was received from destination vessel carrier or destination freight forwarder or destination co-load (in case of LCL shipment) with HBL
• confirming amendment documents with destination carrier after received confirmation of accuracy of HBL with consignee
• assisting client in areas of checking free time, extending free time, contacting vessel carrier or freight forwarder, revising a document, updating time of vessel arrival, updating completed of HBL, checking BL status,
• Payment and collecting
• make a payment to vessel carrier or freight forwarder according to Invoice
• to collect payments from client according to quotation
• Releasing Delivery Order
• Receiving Deliver Order or letter from vessel carrier or freight forwarder due to appointment
• Coordination with accounting department for payment confirmation and enclosed document (receipt, deposit container document)
• Checking BL Status before release Delivery order to client

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. 1. Age 22 years old and above. 2. 2. Bachelor degree in Logistics or any related field 3. 3. Have experience of Customer Service Freight / Logistics. 4. 4. Experience in Freight / Logistics company is an advantage. 5. 5. Have experience submit AMS, ACI, ISF5, ISF10, Trancon , submit si. is an advantage 6. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7. 7. Good command of spoken and written English. 8. 8. Computer literate and able to use Ms Office. 9. 9. Good working knowledge of import and export logistics with the ability to quickly learn.
