Job Description
Provide the effective and consistent leadership to Marketing Department and shall be reported to the CFO (Chief Financial Officer).
Responsible for domestic sales especially to Chinese Customers.
Develop the roadmap to achieve the targeted sales set by the management on monthly basis.
Achieve the targeted net realization. (Outstanding marketing/sales professional)
Achieve 100% on time deliveries to customers.
Track the price of competition at regular intervals and get the optimal price from customers.
Achieve the required market share.
Responsible for identifying new customers and developing the same for our products.
Negotiate with customers to get the targeted pricing for our product.
Maintain impeccable relationship with the customers through market visits at regular interval.
Responsible for collecting required market intelligence during the market visits and discuss with management for informed decision making.
Play a pivotal role during the product quality issues from customer.
Ensure the customer complaints are properly solved as per the defined process by the operations team and coordinate with customers to ensure all aspects of the complaint is addressed.
Responsible for submission of documents as per the requirement of customer.
Train and handhold the subordinate to improve their capabilities.

1. Requirement Male/Female Age between 28-45 years old. Bachelor‘s degree preferably isn marketing. Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales / marketing department. Chinese National is preferred. Advance knowledge of Chinese and English language is must. Good communication skills including competence in English & Chinese language. Good computer skills including MS-Office. 2.
