ลักษณะงาน
• Providing a service to clients for the visa and work permit
• Preparing the documents and other materials for client meetings
• Updating and informing client for the Visa and Work Permit before expiry date
• Data management and gathering, making income reports, etc.
• Developing noticing strategy and advising counsel on Visa and Work Permit
• Develop strategies or make marketing efforts to promote the company’s services to increase overall income
• Maintain good relationship with immigration office and related government offices
• Follow up with clients
• Keeping a record of the expiration date of both Visa and Work Permit for clients
• Training other staff in relation to Visa and Work Permit
• Supervising junior in the team for the daily tasks
• Performing other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai national 2. Bachelor’s Degree in any fields 3. Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-B Visa and Work Permit 4. Read and write in both Thai and English (3rd language will be a plus) 5. Competent, highly responsible and self-motivated 6. Broad knowledge of Non-B Visa and Work Permit 7. Ability to work both individually and as a team 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
